I was reluctant at first to deal with an out of state, not in person gun dealer but my trepidation was for naught as my experience with the CashMyGuns and their represntaives was nothing but stellar! I received a very fair price for my gun and they provided information on packaging and mailing. All fees for mailing were prepaid by them and they also paid for the large box necessary to transport my long gun. Payment for the total amount was received by check very shortly after they received the item. I would highly recommend anyone selling a firearm obtain an offer from them and proceed with the seamless process.

These guys are legitimate!I was skeptical at first, I have been scammed before, more than once and for a substantial amount of money. I checked them out the best I could on the internet and there were some poor reviews but mostly good. I gave them a shot and couldn’t be any happier with the results. I sent them the pictures of my firearm and they came back with a bid that was right in the ballpark of what I could find for resale pricing. I informed them that I was indeed interested in dealing with them. A shipping tag was emailed to me, I packaged the firearm as per the instructions and sent it off. When the item arrived at their location I was offered an even higher bid, which I accepted. About a week later I received a check in the mail. Now how much easier could that be?Would I recommend them to a friend or family member? Absolutely!Will I use their services again? There are very few companies out there that treat a person like a human being anymore, or remember manners and kindness to their customers. I have now sold two inherited guns to Dunlap/Cash My Guns and they reply very quickly and their emails are easy to follow and steps are very easy to complete. They truly are the most professional, kind, helpful people you’ll ever work with at a company. They are beyond fair with their offers, know all kinds of firearms and their histories, and they will even help you understand your gun better. I am so grateful for them handling every step so well and their clear and easy instructions for what I need to do on my end (very little). Im in California too, no fun state to navigate! I am only mildly gun literate, so I had a friend help me make sure the guns weren't loaded. I cannot recommend Dunlap enough.

I had some pre-owned ammunition I was not going to use. Cash my guns was one of the few places I could find that would buy pre-owned ammunition. The valuation wasn't quite what I had hoped for, but given the lower demand for pre-owned ammo, it was acceptable to me to get it off my hands.

These folks are real and legit. They'll accept almost any firearm, (and ammo too!), and while they may not always offer you as much as might want for your gun, you can usually counter and they will work with you. Then when it comes to paying out, etc..they are fast and efficient.

Totally legit- if you were wondering. This is the second or third time I've used their services to sell a few firearms. I was a little concerned about how trustworthy the site was but it works as advertised. Send in pics and description, get an offer. If you choose to accept their offer, you ship them your firearm. Super simple and quick. Not always the highest offers, so sometimes you may choose to go another route. Highly recommended!
